104 Funk Experiments

104 FUNK EXPERIMENTS is a conceptual audio-visual project by Xandy NoBeat, exploring how funk can evolve when treated as a scientific and cosmic language. Developed over two years, the work frames the artist as a fugitive sonic researcher navigating parallel sound worlds in search of the genre’s core essence.

Structured in blocks, each section functions as a distinct universe with its own rules, colors, and rhythmic behaviors. The compositions blend baile beats, synthesis, global textures, and digital experimentation, forming a system where music continuously reshapes itself.

Presented as both a musical and conceptual continuum, 104 FUNK EXPERIMENTS operates as a laboratory of transformation — an immersive investigation into how funk and electronic music can be reimagined as a multidisciplinary, experimental medium.

104 Funk Experiments is not just about sound, but about form.
Every frequency is a gesture; every rhythm, a test.
It’s less about what you hear and more about how you feel when you listen.

RHYTHMIC FUNK
FREQUENCIES IN
EXPERIMENTATION

104 Funk Experiments investigates how funk behaves when pushed beyond rhythm into structure, pressure, and tension.
Its internal engine bends frequencies into unstable forms, generating patterns that shift, collide, and reorganize themselves in real time.
The system operates as a living circuit—reshaping space through impact, repetition, and controlled sonic mutation.
